Loved everything about the place with good breakfasts and lovely hosts.

Breakfast menu was expansive and all produce used was local. With a view over to the Isle of Wight from my bedroom, plenty of parking space and a warm welcome what more could one want? Unless it’s a good walk along the beach - well, that’s there as well!

Nothing to complain about - not even the weather with two days’ bright sunshine out of the three. But, of course, weather is weather, so, no guarantees.

Breakfast was lovely and filling, the hosts are very catering. The location is beautiful being near the beach. The room was very cosy and has a big space! Had a really good sleep here!

Easy to find and great location. Beautiful waterfront walks a couple of minutes from the door and we also visited Lee on Solent, a 9 minute drive away. The hosts Kate and Tony were very accommodating and friendly. Really clean large family room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent quality and cooked to perfection. We hope to return one day.
