It was well-located for a night’s stay after visiting relatives in the area, and about a five-minute drive back into Lee, along the sea front. Good breakfast and friendly hosts, who also told me about the history of the slightly quirky 1930s architecture.

So welcoming. So relaxing.

Excellent Breakfast. Great lounge area overlooking beach. I would change the style of the instructions on the room wall to be more customer friendly. e.g. Rather than just say No takeaway food in room say Guests are more than welcome to use the airy breakfast area should they want to eat in the evening.

Due to the extremely cold weather The room was not very warm even with the extra heater provided.

Breakfast was lovely and filling and kept me going most of the day! Hosts were friendly and attentive.

The room was very spacious and the parking was right outside the room which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice.

The property was old so some areas look a little jaded, but it was all super clean. It would have been useful to have somewhere to hang stuff in the shower.
