Kate the host was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble

The hot water was one bath full and then no hot water for the rest of the visit Bed felt like it was could collapse when you move the noise was awful The heating was only half way and they were only just tepid so freezing All the cracks all over the ceiling and walls

"Un calme absolu si près de la mer, c'est un trésor !"

A l'arrivée, j'ai eu l'impression que c'était un peu austère mais très vite, cette sensation a disparu. La chambre est très grande, le lit est solide et confortable, ferme sans être trop dur; j'ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté impeccable, la dimension de la douche, avec une mention "plus" pour le tapis moelleux anti-dérapant. Etre si proche de la mer et pouvoir profiter d'un calme absolu jour et nuit est un vrai trésor. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, complet, j'ai apprécié les fruits frais et la qualité des produits servis. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles pour faciliter notre séjour. Le parking est bien spacieux. Merci à Kate pour la très bonne adresse pour déguster du poisson (entre autres) : The Pebbles, Stokes Bay à Gosport, facilement accessible en voiture, c'était exactement ce dont j'avais envie.

Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien mais il y avait des travaux quasiment à côté qui pourraient être la cause des perturbations temporaires.

Super friendly hosts, well presented rooms all very clean. Breakfast was superb and freshly cooked. Very quite, I had a great nights sleep.

being super picky, the plug sockets could do with being a bit higher off the floor, my charger plug did not fit but wasn't a problem

I have stayed here many times and it's an unknown Gem, people do not realise how amazing the place is and how close it actually is to Portsmouth but out of the beaten track and close to the Solent.
