Really cheap and in a quiet location not far from train station, owner is lovely too. AC works great

Large clean double room. Large, shaded balcony directly from room You can rent a scooter from the lady, and at a good rate.

It's 500 meters from the main road. Get a scooter. Bathroom is near but separate

Good cozy place

Position is great, close to everything but far from the main noisy street. Owner with an English better than mine, was great. They also provided us a motorbike in great conditions for the length of our stay. Big shared kitchen and space at the entrance, great for chilling and eat something. ❤️ if we come back in Hua Hin we will definitely consider it again

Wifi worked well.

Completely overpriced for what it offers. It's my 3rd guesthouse in Hua Hin, so I know what I should get for €12.5 a night. This room isn't worth a cent over €10. The room was tiny, bed was far from being comfy, toilet was downstairs which was beyond uncomfortable, tv was barley working properly and even a small complimentary bottle of water was too much to ask for from this host. It's ok for a night, and that's it.
