"Very good"

Big room with big bed.(hard mattress like a rock (but good for my spinal so I like it. I hope I can have one at home)Clean.

WiFi signal is bad. Toilet is in the downstair(but private which is good) Very old furniture.

There was no breakfast in this geusthouse,as far as i know,but after only a few minutes walk,there was a 7 eleven,where you can buy anything,so i was thinking,this must be close to heaven.

"Lovely guesthouse in a local Thai neighborhood"

Lovely guesthouse in a Thai neighborhood that feels just like home. Big living room and kitchen. Som is such a friendly host and was so helpful and even offered us a beach mat. She’s very humble and nice. Would stay again accept its very hard to sleep between 22:00-2:00 (10p-2a) because of the loud bass music from a nearby club that rumbles the entire neighborhood everybody night. Loved the little outdoor sitting area. And the outdoor kitchen in the house next store was cool too. Hua Hin beach is just a short 20 min walk!

The kind host did warn us though, so that was considerate. It’s still loud through earplugs but with noise cancelling headphones it may be okay! Also, there are two bathrooms but we were only allowed to use the one downstairs. Not certain why. But it is a nice big size with hot water! Construction is happening next door, just like most places in thailand. ;)

The bedroom was clean. The price was cheap.

Old and scruffy furniture. Nothing matched. No water provided to drink.The bathroom was seperate down stairs and not particularly clean. Music from disco behind until 2am.

Cosy rooms, big, very kind host, felt very safe here, walking distance to beach and shops, taxis close by for further travel like the elephant sanctuary, would definately recommend and stay again

Everything was working just fine. Wi-Fi was excelent. You can use a shared kitchen that is very lovely. The house keeper was great. She was always there when we needed her and she even washed our clothes (only 40TBH).

There was an animal in our room and the hotel is a little too far from the beach.
