Comfortable and clean, inexpensive guest house ten minutes walk from central Norwich, five minutes from Station. Owners/operators very courteous and helpful. Good for a no frills overnight stop. Parking on the street outside by pre-arrangement (permit) from the owners.

"Good value, convenient and comfortable - would stay again."

Air conditioning! We did not expect this, but it was a valuable bonus as we were staying in the hot weather in late May. It was easy to use, quiet and effective. Also, the location of the house was very quiet, but near city centre and rail station 10 mins walk away. There is a lovely cafe at the end of the road for breakfast - great coffee/Greek pastries etc.

Abbey Guest House for the win. Room was great…Breakfast was nice and Vivian is a gracious host! In Norwich, this is the place to stay.
