The location is good and close to many places. The rooms are very well maintained, classy, and comfortable. The balcony is a nice highlight with a pleasant view, which makes the stay relaxing.

Vehicles cannot reach directly to the property as it is located a bit inside, so you need to walk a short distance. It can feel slightly scary at night due to the approach path.

とにかく立地が最高です 3階のバルコニーからは中央にシギリアロックが見えて、そこで朝食をとります 朝食は毎日変わるので飽きないし、フルーツがたくさん出てきます 日本人オーナーの東條さち子さんは不在で会えなかったのが残念ですが、もう一人のオーナー、ニッサンカが色々滞在中のアドバイスをしてくれます 無計画でも、現地で予定を立てられるので心配する必要はありません 部屋は広くて、ゆったり 滞在中にペットボトルの水が1本有り、補充は3階のウォーターボトルから出来ます 自転車を借りて村まで行けて、散策して楽しかったです コロンボの空港からの送迎もしてくれますので、（最終日にヘリタンス・カンダマラに宿泊しても、そこからの送りも可能）安心でした シギリアロックもジープサファリも早朝がおすすめです ここに3泊して、満足でした ニッサンカには大変お世話になりました

口コミで言われていますが、日本人オーナーの宿ではありますが、ホテルではなくゲストハウスなので、日本的な完璧を望むのは無理です （掃除や衛生面） 快適に過ごせました ニッサンカは見た目が強で、色々ツアーを提案してきますが、要、不要をはっきり言ったほうが良いです 日本人オーナーはいつもいるわけではなく、メッセージは日本語で出来ますが、現地では英語です

掃除が行き届いていて清潔でした。朝食が美味しかったです。

The location of the property was very convenient; it was within walking distance to the center. It has a beautiful view overlooking Lion Rock. The staff were very friendly.

At night, the road leading to the property is very dark, and there is a dog that barks at people.

Very nice staff, service and breakfast. Highlights was undoubtedly the terrace with a view on Lions Rock. They hand out bicycles for free which is very handy to get around.
