"Lovely, worth the money and Batak house is lovely"

Great location! Tuk tuk is chill and the people are beautiful. Reggae guesthouse is probably the best spot to stay on the lake- we loved it and extended our stay a few times 😅

Amazing location our room was right on the lake to get straight in! The room is basic but clean, comfortable and a hot shower. Staff were really helpful booking our onward transfer! Amazing value for money

Jet skis and water sports started at 6:30am from the rooms around us. Maybe limiting self brought with karaoke after 11pm and before 7am would be nice.

Wonderful location, great view right on the lakeside. The room is basic but was a good base to explore the island.

The peace was constantly disturbed by jet skis rushing by, literally every 5 minutes. Not the accommodations fault, but it is annoying and ruins an otherwise tranquil location.

"Amazing view and comfortable"

We had booked the suite with lake view, which has 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom and big terrace, with an amazing view on the lake. Very comfortable rooms. To reach there you just need to ask the ferry captain to drop you at Reggae. You can swim in the lake and it is very nice. Food was good, you can ask them for day trip (we took another because when we asked they seemed unsure about day trip and price), laundry service and refill water bottlles for a small fee. There is a common fridge where you can store some food if you ask. A nice restaurant "Tataring" is 7mn walk from Reggae when you exit and follow the road on the right. They had some live music (not every day).

There are many jetskis passing in front so I guess in high season it can become annoying. It is a bit out from Tuktuk centre.

The value for money is okay-ish. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is very basic with no mirror above the sink which makes shaving a challenge. Even more regrettable is that the shower runs no hot water. Sitting on the terrace of the room would be nice if it wasn't for the constant passing by from jet ski's. The staff is not very engaging but still helpful. The location is good.

"Avoid"

Hot water

No towels, no soap, blanket smelled like sweat. Staff is not helpful and just wants to take your money Jet skis wake you up from 6 am Avoid going here
