Room was kind of dirty when we checked in, tried to overcharge us when asking to extend stay so just beware of this. Otherwise great

Great location, definitely the best spot for swimming in the lake and watching an incredible sunset! Also fantastic value for money - the rooms were basic but spacious and comfortable enough!

We were under the impression that the guest house had a restaurant (after reading reviews and the accommodation description) - but we never saw any way to order nor was it easy to find anyone to ask. There were other guests who were equally confused about this too. This was a bit of a downfall as many places didn't open for breakfast until 10am.

Facilities are clean if basic, but the view alone makes it fantastic value for .money. The taxi arranged through the guest house was excellent. Arnid the taxi driver was totally reliable and made the transfer to and from Medan airport very easy.

The jet skis. Take some ear plugs and it's fine.

Hard pillows

The hotel location is perfect, direct access to the lake, amazing view from the room. The balcony is very appreciable also. The room was clean, big, and the bathroom also. Very good restaurant and coffee just 5 minutes walking.

The welcoming was a little bit light (I just get the keys, no explanation or even info on Wifi and usual basics). The matress was very very soft, there is a table but no chair.

The view of the lake from the room is nice.

In the room there were ants and many flies, it didn't look very clean. Moreover there was never anyone at the reception, we always had to go and find someone from the staff and they were not very welcoming. I am sorry because from the reviews we had read we expected a very nice place, but for us it wasn't.
