They cancelled my booking at the last minute. I had to book another hotel at a much higher price. This property should not be trusted. If they get another customer who is willing to pay a marginally higher price, they will cancel your booking. Very bad property.

Great location. Had everything and more that we needed. The gist had thought of everything.

Good location , very close to city palace in 3-4 mi s walk and close to other old city Attractions It’s exactly as its picture and Helen , the owner was very helpful and always in contact ready to help. She even provided with water gifcrbyure stay , and breakfast stuff . She kindly allowed me to check out lately because my train time . If I’m back to udaipur I certainly will stay here

Not directly the property but udaipur is infested with pigeons , so thus property as well , sadly

It was a nice cozy place near major tourist attractions which felt like a home away from home. The property was well maintained with all the basic facilities needed for our stay. Loved the hospitality of the host.

Helena and her team are wonderful and professional. Great location with perfect access to many places of interest in Old City. The apartment was quite clean and had all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The rooftop balconies are huge. Helena even arranged our ride to the train station at 5am. As someone who hosts guests myself I highly recommend staying here for an affordable and easeful stay.

One of the mattresses is a bit saggy but they have plans to replace it. Otherwise everything else was great.

Helena was an excellent host. We felt very cared for and were extremely grateful for the opportunity to have a late check out on the day we were leaving. Thank you Helena.
