Bale Bingin Beachfront Stay

The location is amazing, right on the beach Staff are very helpful

It’s hard to get down with all your luggage but there are people to help you take it down when you arrive Unfortunately our shower didn’t work so we had to shower in another room everyday

We really enjoyed our stay at Bale Bingin! It was in great location with beautiful views. We loved our reception, Evan. He made everything so easy for us! He is so friendly and attentive. The restaurant was also very good… no complaints!

The beach itself was lovely and the property was average and ok overall but for the price you can find better

There were just many smaller things that made our stay unpleasant, firstly the staff were not particularly helpful we called in advance to let them know we had arrived and they said someone would come up the stairs to help us with our bags, we waited and no one came, the same on exit we had to leave early in the morning and the reception told us the security would be able to help us with our bags but they just stared at us as we struggled up the steps. When we asked reception about snorkelling gear we were told it couldn’t be found anywhere on the beach and we ended up checking ourselves and found some maybe 2 doors over. We also weren’t told at check in that we need to put a sign on the door to have our room cleaned so we went 3 days with no new towels or bedding, we only realised when we saw the sign on someone else’s door. We personally felt trapped by the steps, yes we knew about them but they really are big steps and it takes its toll in the heat going up and down them I would really only stay here if you just want to stay at the beach. We booked one of the smaller rooms I think and not only did we have to climb up and down 100 huge steps our room was then down a ladder in the hotel which was honestly insane with 2 big suitcases. The room was full of tiny ants which means obviously something isn’t sealed properly. The bed was uncomfy, the view from the 2 bottom rooms is actually blocked by an ugly roof but it is not shown in any pics so that’s a bit deceiving, there is no sound proofing we could everything from the rooms above and beside us, there was constant construction in a room nearby which was unpleasant for a sleep in on holiday. I just don’t think this place is well done unfortunately

Steps nor accurately described.. 130 to reach door of property from top. Steep. Cleanliness was very poor. Sheets very worn and never changed. Towels smelled dreadful...sour and as if dried without washing. Slso in short supply. Fabric of the building was dilapidated and poorly maintained and dirty.Half finished areas that were a deathtrap. No drawers or wardrobe in room so couldn't unpack. Bathroom was unacceptable. Dirty , everything in poor condition and water quality dreadful.
