The staff were super friendly!

The property was a little tired & and did not match the photos. As a result I was disappointed.

We had a seaview room, very nice, serviced daily if required. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful in all areas Loved the main dining/ bar area and having breakfast each morning overlooking the surfers and great sunsets. Breakfast was included but only 3 choices from the menu offered, you could order something else and just pay, meals were reasonable priced and cooked to order. We ate there quite often Enjoyed the entertaiment when on Location was good for visiting other bars and some nice places on the main street area. Did have a massage at the hotel whilst there which was lovely Evan on reception arranged scooter hire for us

Well everyone mentions the steps and there are plenty, stone steps quite uneven and very little lighting at night in some parts. You would need a level of fitness to go up and down regularly as there are around 100 from top to botton, a rope handrail would have been great. They didn't seem as bad by day 5 but it's just part of the course with the location of Bingin. A lovely porter will bring the bags up and down so pack light. He was fit as a flea !!
