Uluwatu Kayana Bungalows by Bukit Vista

Good rooms and pool area.

This place has lots of pictures of food on their booking.com profile but when we asked the guy said they don't have a restaurant anymore and these are really old pictures. This needs to be updated. l looked twice, an hour apart, to ask someone if we could leave our bags, but couldn't find anyone in the whole place. So we put our bags in the only communal area, tightly stored away. I messaged the hotel to tell them but they said they have nowhere to keep bags and we must collect them. So we had to get for a taxi back to the hotel, then one to a baggage storage, then one back to where we just were, plus pay $20 USD for the baggage storage elsewhere. I have never known a hotel not to allow you to leave baggage, especially when ours was completely safe and out the way.

Lovely pool perfect temp nice and private as the small number of bungalows meant we had it to ourselves when we wanted, the air con was on when we arrived which was great! Key was left for us and explained on WhatsApp the wifi etc it was very comfortable. Walkable in the morning to two lovely warung style indo food places which were lovely

Very friendly staff. Convenient location to Uluwatu Temple/Main areas. The room is equipped with smart TV which is convenient.

The mirror in the toilet is way located on the top which is for 6/7 ft tall. As such, I am unable to use the only mirror which is very inconvenient for my height. Appreciate it if then can look into this and amend the fixtures. There’s no hot shower and there’s no bidet available.

Is it great located close by nyang nyang beach. There is a mini market and a restaurant right in front in case you need something fast to buy/eat last minute. The rooms are very spacious and the bed and pillows are really comfortable. It’s away from the main road, so really quiet during day and night. The swimming pool and chairs are not interesting if you are thinking to spend the day in there. But it is for the price the best accommodation of the area

Beautiful quiet clean not small with fewer tourists. Well loved ver clean lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Such a shame so much noisy construction going on around this oasis. But apparently nowhere in this area has such a luxury. Construction in overdrive. Should not deter from staying at this little gem great value
