The breakfast was good and there was a fridge in the room which was useful for the fresh mill they left for our tea and cafe. We liked the sofa and chair to watch TV and advice given about where to eat was very good.

The bed was too soft so didn’t sleep too well.

The room was extremely spacious and well equipped. Had a contemporary farmhouse feel. Great quality linens and the thickest towels. Loved the little touches like the slices of homemade chocolate cake, which was delicious. Breakfast the next morning was amazing, lots of choice and freshly made. Jane is a very welcoming host, nothing is too much bother for her.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It could do witha topper. One person ended up sleeping on the sofa

Beautifully decorated and lovely relaxing atmosphere, it is a rural location in Somerset but there are so many attractions within 1/2 hr drive. The accommodation is lovely and if you don’t want to explore you could stay in the room/sit in the garden and have a very relaxing break. Jane was very friendly and helpful, would love to visit again in the autumn for a stay cation in Hubert’s and make the most of the fire.

You would need to plan your food, I.E book some of the local restaurants lots of lovely pubs in nearby radius, this wasn’t a ‘didn’t like’ more of a suggestion for future visitors.

Inventive interior design, comfortable sitting area, good king size bed, no password strong WIFI, lovely welcome tray. Quiet and relaxing rural location.

Nothing

Huberts was so imaginitively and stylishly decorated with very comfortable furnishings. The moment i stepped inside i started to relax ( Unusually for me ) also it was a lovely touch to leave local cider and shortbread a memorable visit a sanctuary of peace.
