Comfortable, clean.

There was a sound of dripping water.

Really spacious, amazing to have parking, comfortable bed. Generally clean.

We stayed when there was a storm and that puts any building to the test. So while we understood, it was very cold in the room and bathroom as the radiator didn’t emit much heat. The door was very stiff to open and close. The bathroom has got mould on the ceiling and the place generally did smell damp.

Car parking included. Kettle and fridge in the room. Close to a Tesco and McDonald’s . Shower was very good. Owner was helpful.

Soft mattress and bed could be bigger. WiFi was disappointing.

Room very clean. Lady who owned polite. This is ok if you attitude is a clean bed and bathroom. Not a place to stay if we ant a nice night away.

On arrival the property does not look like in booking.com. Very unkempt from outside. Garden needs TLC. Flowers beds are the first thing you see and have collapsed and wood all falling away We stayed in an annex. Net curtain up window. Very old fashioned. A piece of navy fabric on the door to stop light. In The room needs investment of some nice blinds Not sure if the main house is in use, however ground floor is empty. We look out to an old van. Not sure who' this belonged to and we also looked at rear door to main property, where there were buckets, old trestle stands. Dead plant in tub outside of door. Glad we were only their for one night, as attending a wedding and hotel of wedding had no availability. Not sure why fridge in bedroom - old fridge noisy and next to the bed ! Damaged shower. Left a scribbled note telling us to be careful !
