"Superb"

Very comfortable stay, ideally placed for Warwick and Leamington. Parking off road. Comfortable bed and great shower. Lovely host.

Television reception was poor with picture breaking up on channel 4 and other main channels.

Good location and parking

Cleaning equipment left out including an open bottle of toilet bleach. The grouting around the sink was dirty and coming away. The heating was turned off at night so when we came back the room was cold and we couldn’t heat it up and we were cold all night

It was lovely clean spacious Kelly was very friendly great to park the car good location. Especially walking distance to the castle and places to eat.
