"A great-value comfortable stay"

This was great value for money and a great facility, suitably located and very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay there. The en-suite is well-equipped and is good for either a shower or a bath. The bedroom is well arranged with good storage and giving a very good feeling of space.

Unfortunately, the UHT milk supplied for hot drinks was "on the turn", so not pleasant.

Comfortable room and quiet good nights sleep. Able to park car outside the annex room. Information for self check in and room was spacious. Friendly host.

For some the 20mins walk into Warwick would be excessive but not a problem for us.

Nice place, convenient for town and easy parking. Excellent water pressure in the shower and they were accommodating of our request to check out later so my partner could get a shower after the marathon

It was a bit cold when we arrived but it soon warmed up
