There was no hot water in the morning for a shower, the room was dirty (there was a big in my bed) and the room was freezing

The room / bathroom was clean, comfortable and as pictured online. Host gave us a call for check in instructions. Not too far a walk from the city centre (20/25 mins) with pubs, parks and shops on the walk into city. Parking on site which was great. There is also a big Tesco quite close. Smart TV to watch Netflix etc.

No instructions for wifi, room was slightly cold and unfortunately no availability for late check outs.

The property has been newly renovated and the rooms were clean.

The en-suites in two of the rooms were quite cramped.
