La app decía que tenía TV y no tenía y solo por eso habíamos reservado aquí

They offer to clean the room every day and can change the towels if you want. The location is close from city center.

It doesn’t match the description of the room. We thought we were going to have a balcony as it was written, but not at all — we didn’t even have a window. We were in a room under the stairs, without any kind of ventilation. It smelled really bad throughout our stay, like strong humidity, which made the place feel dirty and gross. The sheets and towels were dirty and had orange stains on them. The sink was full of limescale and was leaking, as was the toilet. We informed our host immediately upon arrival about the smell and the fact that we didn’t have a balcony or even a window, as stated in the description. She told us that the balcony was shared and that no rooms had windows. However, this was untrue, as we later discovered that the rooms upstairs had both windows and balconies. Definitely not okay.
