Our room didn't have a duplicate key card and we had the unfortunate event of losing our. However, the problem was succesfully solved. We recommend having duplicate key cards for all rooms

Perfectly clean with tasteful yet simple decoration. Sound proof rooms with great A/C. Top of the line beds. More so importantly, Margot’s welcoming and hospitality was very personable as well as her assistant.

I booked the room mostly to have somewhere to leave my luggage, sleeping here just a couple of nights the whole period while in the city for work. While I wasn’t even in Italy and had the keys of the apt with me I was contacted by the managers once to tell me that someone else entered the apartment and another time to tell me that the coffee machine is missing from the apartment. Basically accusing me for letting someone else staying there and for theft. Both accusations false, and just causing a stressful situation for me, not being able to check what they are saying. So please be advised.

Indica, the gentleman who manages the property, is outstanding: kind, helpful and professional.

A few ideas: Create an information sheet for the room (how to operate, etc). Key system is a bit complicated (especially after flying 19 hours). Maybe consider placing a note on door to remind guest to have all three keys with them before they leave.

We enjoyed our stay at Bellini Palace. Our accommodation was the single apartment on the bottom floor. It was very clean. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the city centre and 30 minute walk to the train station. Very central! Margot and Dilan went out their way to make us feel welcome.
