Palazzo Pastura B&B and Apartments

Bellini Palace consists of 5 superb and luxurious rooms with a common breakfast room / kitchen located on the 1st floor of a beautiful building in between Bellini Park and Via Etnea. The room and common areas were beautifully decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ‘continental’ style and well presented. The building is within easy walking distance of all the main sights and attractions in Catania. Margot, the owner, was very welcoming and friendly. Delan, who manages everything within the accommodation, is a credit to Bellini Palace. He was very attentive, accommodating and customer focussed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Nothing we didn't like ... we just wanted to share some comments concerning car parking and checking-in which may be helpful. If you have a car, then you need to pre-book a car parking space at the building but, because the small parking area is located behind a remote-controlled gate, Delan needs to be there when you arrive so that he can open it. Once checked in, you receive a key fob which opens the gate. It should also be noted that you need to approach the building along Via Sant’Euplio, which is a 1-way street, in order to access the small parking area. The entrance to the building is via a locked door on Viale Regina Margherita and so, again, Delan needs to be there to let you in. Once checked in, you also receive a key fob for this door. Note that there is no reference to Bellini Palace on the outside of the building.

Excellent B and B in the heart of Catania. It is walking distance to shopping, historical attractions and the main fish market. There are many good restaurants in the vicinity. Parking is in the buidling for a small fee. The breakfast was great and the help very responsive. We felt at home immeidately. It is on one floor of a beautiful building and the rooms were large with all amenities. We loved the fact that it was homey and small and such a nice change from impersonal hotels. Delan is an absolute credit to Bellini Palace. He is very helpful and is very service oriented. The property is spotlessly clean. Location is near main shopping, parks and good restaurants. Good sound proofing from main roads.

The communal areas could be noisy at times. The doors to rooms do not offer much sound proofing within the property. Not enough storage space for clothes.

Am stat in camera Norma,care e absolut minunata(spatioasa,eleganta,cu doua balcoane si o baie unde totul functioneaza perfect).

Location is great -- right on Bellini park, walking distance to the main street (Via Etnea) and center of town (cathedral etc.). Apartment is pretty. Staff is sweet.

You may or may not like the fact that the B&B is really one big apartment converted into separate rooms. The kitchen is ... well, what you'd expect a kitchen to be like in a big upscale apartment in Catania. The apartment is pretty, but it is an apartment. In particular, sound insulation between room and corridor is essentially non-existent. There isn't any sort of reception either although the very friendly Indian (?) staff is always nearby and reachable.
