It was an incredible staying, like living in a museum for a night. The staff were very attentive.

The bed could've been more comfortable, and you need to be back at the property by 10:30 PM so the groundsman can let you in. There is no separate entrance for guests (just something to be aware of for evening plans).

Number 11 is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and is within walking distance of both the famous Barefoot gallery and Gallery cafe . It is a beautifully and lovingly preserved property with countless fascinating art works and artefacts belonging to Geoffrey Bawa , many of which were created by famous artist friends . So much to look at and admire in every corner , nook and cranny of the property . Staying here for a couple of nights in 2 different rooms each night was such a treat and the staff Rohana and Priyantha made my stay extra special and memorable with their warm hospitality . Breakfast on both mornings was superb .

The bathroom in the suite on the first floor was a little too small and could use a makeover .

Die erste Nacht war eine Katastrophe da das Kompressor der Klimaanlage defekt und sehr laut war....wir haben schlecht geschlafen. Die 2. Nacht war dann nach Reparaturarbeiten perfekt!
