Excellent property. Rohana and Priyanka looked after me quite well. Well maintained property and extremely tidy. What a treat to be able to stay here.

Having the privilege to stay in Geoffrey Bawa’s own home amongst the busy, hot, noisy metropolis of Colombo - is to step into the most wonderful oasis - cool (in temperature and appearance), quiet. To listen to the trickle of water features throughout the property and absolutely stunning in its fabulously maintained tribute to one of the worlds greatest architects / designers and collectors of fine art. The house staff and management make one feel so welcome and cared for. To top it of after close to 15 trips to Sri Lanka the traditional breakfasts are quite possibly the best we have tasted. The overall experience of staying at Mr Bawa’s Home was just exceptional. The house, its design and history are beautiful. What made the experience even more outstanding and memorable was the incredibly kind staff led by Rohana. We will always cherish our stay at Mr Bava’s place and hope to be back one day soon.

its just magical to be able to stay overnight at Bawa’s residence. Sleep surrounded by so much beauty and authenticity. The staff were wonderful hosts. they explained to us all very passionately. they gave us good recommedations. the breakfast at Bawa’s dinningroom was amazing, we loved it!
