Unique place to stay. Truly beautiful. Wonderful, thoughtfully designed home created by a legendary architect. We felt very lucky to stay here. Absolutely lovely staff - so kind and peaceful and friendly and this really added to the experience and sense of tranquility and happiness here. Great generous breakfast which we enjoyed in a quiet and beautiful spot.

Almost nothing. The only thing i’d say is that the hot water for the shower didn’t seem to last all that long, but this is a trivial issue.

"Private Oasis with an abundance of light"

Seriously loved staying in this private oasis, tucked in behind high walls and lit by beautifully positioned lightwells. The white epoxy floor and white walls and ceilings create a beautiful light space decorated with Geoff Bawas collection of artefacts. Feel so privileged to stay here. The Sri Lankan breakfast was beautiful looking out to the courtyard.

What an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and offered so much insight into Mr Bawa's life and work. Highly recommend doing the tour, and opting for the Sri Lankan breakfast! Could not recommend this more highly!
