This is one of those absolutely special spaces that will truly be experienced when you stay there, Bawa magic all the way! If you're someone that enjoys architecture that reveals itself through thoughtful details - this is an experience you must have and open your world to Geoffrey Bawa's wizardry. The staff is so warm and it feels like you're straight up at home in Colombo - go out of the way to take care of you. Comfiest apartment, you're in a living, breathing piece of art. Ideal for 2 people as there is only one bathroom in the apartment, though there are two (gorgeous) bedrooms. The staff informed us about this well in time so it wasn't a problem for any of us - but folks who many not be too close may want to consider this.

To have the chance to see Mr. BAWA's collection in no distance, and to get introduced the history and stories of the house in such an incredible details by Mr. Rohana who's a very warm guy, This stay totally worth the price!!

be prepared for an old bathroom. it's like staying at for grandma's place. But I would still recommend this place sincerely because it's truly one of the kind on this planet.

This is such a unique and special experience. Any Bawa fans should take the opportunity to stay at this residence while in Colombo. The breakfast provided is generous and delicious. The staff are very kind and passionate about maintaining Bawa’s legacy and provide guidance without making you feel like you need to be overly concerned or precious about your surroundings. An incredible stay that I highly recommend.
