great location. walking distance fom ferry and near all shops and restaurants. also far enough to be quiet and calm., room was clean and well. the only problem was shower. worked super slow. the owner Teresa fixed the issue right away but still slow enough. best part was sharing kitchen with basic needs. lovely guest house to relax and chill with a courtyard.

A Tereza foi muito simpática, organizada e prestativa. Adorei a acomodação e a instalação, tinha ar condicionado, ventilador e até varal para pendurar as roupas de banho. A localização era muito boa, bem perto do centro, taxis e a balsa.

Foi tudo ótimo, nada a reclamar, só recomendar.

Una experiencia maravillosa. El alojamiento y la ubicación son perfectos. Teresa es una anfitriona excepcional, siempre atenta a cada necesidad del huésped. Su energía positiva hace que la estancia sea aún más amena y agradable. La limpieza es impecable. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la hermosa isla de Cozumel.

very well organised and close to the ferry, but not too much. It was a much nicer and quieter, even if just one block away from the seafront. This street was much calmer and with good eateries and felt less hectic and definitely less noisy. Owner has organised every very well and it is a functional place with sn human touch. Price is convenient.

The bedroom was a bit compact (when we return, we have seen a bigger one in the same hotel that we would select) and there was too much artificial light coming from outside (also this can be resolved switching room)

La chambre en étage très claire et très propre .Eau et café à disposition.

Dureté du matelas et oreillers non moelleux. Le plan et le lavabo de la salle de bain trop haut pas pratique pour quelqu’un de petite taille .pour moi ça allait à peu près mesurant 1,62cm.

I really enjoyed my 4 nights stay here. Theresa the host was lovely as was the other lady I met when I first arrived. The property is a five minute walk from the ferry terminal, so really easy to find. It’s close to many lovely restaurants and cafes. My room was cosy and was cleaned and tidied every day. I would defintely choose to stay here again if I were to come back to Cozumel. Many thanks.
