Ottima posizione. Il monolocale era spazioso e comodo. Teresa è gentilissima e sollare! ci ha dato molte informazioni per visitare l'isola e ci ha anche aiutati ad entrare in uno stabilimento della bellissima spiaggia di palancar senza dover pagare il costoso biglietto di ingresso: "solo" consumazione minima di 400 MNX a testa + mancia 120 MNX... Visti i folli prezzi dell'isola per accedere a quasi tutte le spiagge è stato un vero affare! siamo stati bene, buon servizio e ottima cucina!

Ci sono dei lavori in corso nella struttura. A noi non hanno dato fastidio perché iniziavano alle 8 di mattina e solitamente a quell'ora eravamo svegli. Lo segnaliamo solo perché, se vi piace dormire fino a tardi, forse in questo periodo non fa per voi.

This place was great! Teresa is an incredible host. She accommodated my request for an early check-in due to my flight time and was there to greet me warmly when I arrived and show me the property. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I have no complaints and would absolutely book again!

Teresa is a WONDERFUL host - she was really helpful and generous in sharing advice with us about what to do around Cozumel. The location is lovely -- you are far from the cruise ships, close to the sea, and it's much more low key and local. We also really enjoyed the breezy courtyard.

Right in San Miguel. Clean and cost effective.

I’d like to see a different lock system at the gate like to have a swipe card or little keyfab.

Close to the ferry terminal. Kind staff, common kitchen and free water station.

Room with a fan was too hot to sleep in the night. Better to set up a air conditioner and raise the price of the room.
