Really loved this property and had a lovely stay here. Teresa was a great host, very friendly and gave me lots of information about the island. The room was comfortable, WiFi is good. It’s safe and secure. The kitchen facilities are good and they offer free tea, coffee and water which is nice. There is a nice courtyard to sit and relax in. The location of the property is a short walk from the ferry terminal and main square. Would definitely recommend this property.

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming guest house. As a solo female traveller I appreciated the security and the beautiful private courtyard. The shared kitchen and supply of fresh drinking water were very welcome. The common areas provided a place to connect and chat with other travellers if you feel social. All areas were clean. Within walking distance of everything you need, including the ferry terminal. Grab a tour, cab, car or scooter to explore the island that is not within walking distance. This was my first time to Cozumel, I had no idea what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised! I would stay here again without hesitation.

I liked everything.

The property was charming, centrally located, and very very clean. Bikes for use and filtered water provided. A microwave and toaster in the communal kitchen.

It would have been perfect to be able to cook but the facilities not set up for that. I knew that ahead of time so no complaints.

The bed was comfy, the yard is beautiful, great little kitchen, quiet location close to the ferry, sweet host with good recommendations, everything is perfect!

Perfectly located in a quiet location just off the Main Street, close to the beach and the port. Large room, massive bed, simple colourful decour. There is a lovely shared courtyard garden with a kitchen for guests to use. Bikes are available to borrow and there is a car rental play just down the street. Teressa the owner was lovely, really helpful, thank you! We can’t recommend the snorkelling trip with her friend Carla enough. Mucho Gracias, Rowan and Hannah

Spacious and comfortable room. Unbeatable location for town center and ferry. We really appreciated the recommendations and being able to leave our bags there for a few hours.
