There is no staff. When you call, no one answers the phone or calls you back. I sent a message via the platform to ask for check in instructions and they waited 5 hours to respond. There were three of us and the check in code information given was different for two of us and neither one worked. The light bulb in my room went out and there was no one to replace it.
