My experience at this guesthouse was extremely frustrating and far below what was promised. According to their policy, housekeeping services like bed changes and fresh towels should be provided after a certain number of days but even that basic level of service wasn’t delivered. After staying for 5 days, nothing had been done. I had to repeatedly send messages and personally track down housekeeping in the utilities room just to get any attention. Even then, I ended up helping change the bed sheets and sweep the floor myself, which is completely unacceptable as a paying guest. Overall, the lack of service, poor communication, and failure to follow their own stated policies made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place unless they significantly improve their housekeeping standards and responsiveness.
