Somente a Localização é conveniente

Edifício degradado, quarto degradado frio e húmido. Proprietários/funcionários não tiveram o cuidado de ligar antecipadamente o ar condicionado para aquecer o quarto, e mais importante remover o excesso de humidade (nota: a humidade era tanta que até as colchas e almofadas estavam húmidas)
