"Poor maintenance"

Quiet environment. May street food nearby (street food is everywhere in hat yai). WiFi works very well.

Very messy place. Things just lying everywhere. Very strong body odor from the back of downstairs where the host stays. Toilet in my room very dirty (pictures attached). Pillow smells badly despite with a clean pillow case. Matress is very thin. Even bed frame is dusty. Basically the host has neglected maintenance & cleaning totally. He can request guests to take off shoes when entering the premises but he didn't do his part to upkeep the place.
