"Cheap stay, proper rest, value for money"

This is everything I look for in a budget stay. The room is clean, had good sleep, charging ports for 2 pin and 3 pins available in my room, fridge is provided. There is air conditioner, and water heater for bathing.

If you have kids or elderly persons, this place might not suit you. The rooms require climbing of stairs.

the guest house is in Hatyai central area. walking distance to all markets and food stalls. quiet and comfortable small guest house. staff was very helpful.

bathroom drain was clogged. wash basin was also stuck. Water was always staying there.

friendly owner & can speak a bit of malay kelantan dialect. very near to almost all famous spots & food, just a few mins walk. easy to get grab car.

the staircase is not suitable for kids & old folks.
