Great accommodation, superb location. Great hosts who were incredibly helpful and friendly to any needs we had or questions we asked.

The hosts were really nice, it was a great apartment in an amazing location (super close to both town and the beach).

Excellent location when you don't have a car. Easy access to public transport and everything in Takapuna

Great location. Minutes walk into Takapuna’s main little street and the beach. Lovely little outside areas and access to a pool. Had all facilities I needed

There wasn’t a door / just a curtain, separating off the holiday accommodation area from the hallway. The owners accommodation was up stairs. I didn’t mind this, but some people might.

the seating area was very nice and cosy. I watched a couple of moggies on Netflix as well; the garden was beautiful... and Lez was amazing. We booked in last minute but found the place very nice. It's definitely got a character and once we really liked

Thought the bedroom was a bit overwhelming because it also had the coffee credenza beneath the tele.... though, I must agree it was pretty handy. I'm not sure if there is a smaller and more compact version of the coffee desk available. Also, in the night, the room did get stuffy and a bit hot, no air-conditioning

Facilities for food preparation were somewhat cramped.
