"Comfortable stay and would recommend Avenue House."

Lovely spacious clean room and bathroom and very comfortable bed. Great to have onsite parking and easy walk into town centre itself. Tea and coffee in the room with a nice selection of biscuits. Welcoming hosts.

Being at the front of the house there was a bit of car noise during certain times but we are used to that and it was quiet during the main sleeping hours. Being an old house, you get hear guests walking around.

Spacious bedroom, beautiful breakfast, friendly welcome (in the morning, ease of access on arrival

Just the two small chairs in the bedroom. Drove up and down the avenue before finding the pkace!! no house name IN the Avenue itself......

The position of the house was perfect for walks and for all the amenities in the town centre. It was spotlessly clean and good sized room really nice breakfast .Would recommend.

Slight issue as we could hear everything in the room above ours but didn't really bother us.
