Heritage Gouri Haveli

Beautiful!! Nestled at old Jodhpur city this place is truly unique. What makes it beautiful is the warmth and hospitality of people running this fabulous place. Thank you Vikram ji for your service. The view of Mehrangarh fort from their terrace is absolutely breathtaking.

Super charming hotel in the old centre of Jodhpur with even lovelier people working there! The hotel gives you a real sense of being in India. Our stay was comfortable and fully supported by the people working in the hotel and the restaurant (with amazing rooftop terrace overlooking the fort!) It was a home away from home!

One of the rooms was very light during the night and the bathroom could use some extra attention, but it did in no way affect our stay.

The manager was very kind & the staff were also.

We had an unfortunate situation with no running water the night we stayed due to a water pump issue that was a real problem after a long day of travel. The staff did their best to accommodate us though and also discounted our stay for the big inconvenience. I’m not sure if it’s a normal issue as we stayed one night only but ideally management should have offered our group alternative accommodation given the circumstance.

Convenient for fort, on the edge of town with lovely villagey feel. Really good food in restaurant, wonderful friendly and helpful staff, who speak pretty good English. They even packed us a breakfast to take as our train left so early in the morning. The room was fantastic in an amazing building! Best heritage room we have had at an affordable price.

The overall ambiance of the hotel is delightful, and the staff truly makes the experience unforgettable. Their service is exceptional—always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Vikram singh ji, who was not only humble but went above and beyond to help us plan our trips, ensuring we made the most of our time. The in-house restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, offering a great balance of taste and quality at very reasonable prices. It was a treat to enjoy such meals without having to venture out. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and hospitable place to stay.

Hotel rooms could be better

This charming old haveli has been beautifully converted into a hotel with a rooftop restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and feature large antique beds along with other vintage furniture, preserving the rustic old-world charm while offering modern comforts. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Mr. Vikram and his team are outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They provided us with detailed information about Jodhpur, making it easy to explore the city’s highlights. The breakfast they prepared was delicious, and the food at the rooftop restaurant was equally impressive, offering a delightful experience.

Very conjusted area to take car

Great location, amazing view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant, great breakfast at the hotel. The staff, especially at the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. Pretty old building.

Hotel could be maintained better as the building is old. Only basic facilities - blankets instead of duvets, no windows (wooden frames) so no sunlight and a bit noisy, no bedside tables or shelves in the bathroom, beds pretty hard etc.
