This place is a hotel in name only, but in reality, it’s one big scam. The hotel is unfit to accommodate guests because… IT’S UNDER RENOVATION! I suspect the photos the owner posted online were created by a graphic designer as a concept of what the place will look like after the renovation. However, the owner deliberately misleads people by presenting them as current images. Don’t be fooled — this is a fraud. From early morning, construction workers are on-site: it’s loud, dusty, and nothing like the cozy place in the photos. The rooms are tiny, with the bed taking up most of the space, making it hard to move around. The code locks on the doors are attached with duct tape... Contact with the owner? Doesn’t exist. They didn’t answer a single call. Please steer clear of this place.

Room was literraly a shithole, no window at all, smelled like a cigarette, I couldnt breathe after 10 mins so I had to leave the room and book another hotel room somewhere else

Sadly, it was terrible.

The bed didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the curtains were visibly stained, which was quite off-putting. Combined with the ongoing construction, dust, and lack of basic amenities like towels, the property felt neglected and unfit for a comfortable stay.

It's a shame for booking.com to have listed this property. Nothing as is in the description. Chicken doesn't work, all houses are in construction and something which I have never seen : a bathroom having a door stopped to be closed by chicken furniture, so you have to take a shower with the door open. It's a shame for the owner and for booking.com too. The worst place where I stayed. To keep your standard, booking.com should not allow this properties on their platform.

The window into the small garden

The room was in horrible condition. It was essentially under the construction: full of dust, pealing off walls, wires hanging all around, no electricity socket. Pretty much same applies to all the apartments complex. Plus no hot water on the shower. And the pictures are completely different, showing well furnished apparently with fine interior. The owner of this property is a charter. I sincerely think booking.com needs to be removed from the listing as it is not a room for humans but rather a dog cage.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was extremely dirty – the bed sheets were stained with bleach, and the entire room felt unhygienic. The bathroom was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was no window in the room, which made it feel suffocating and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the hotel owner never answered the phone, making communication impossible. I originally booked for four nights, but I checked out immediately after the first night and found another place to stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a complete disgrace.
