The only and exclusive good part was being literally on the side street of a shopping mall

Absolutely nothing was like the pictures. We already know that pictures are usually not like seeing it in person, but this place was completely out of context. An abandoned hallway that led to the rooms, the bathroom facilities were horrible, there was no hot water, the shower wouldn't stay in place. The room door had an electronic password, but I'll leave pictures of what it was like inside, with the batteries being held together by adhesive tape. At least the bed linens were clean. We only didn't cancel because we couldn't find anything at the last minute.

There was nothing to like.

That we've been blatanly lied to. The photos were probably AI because the entire apartment was still under construction. There was dirt and debris everywhere. Everything was done cheap; the doors, the beds.. Our door lock was ducktaped to the door and judging by the entire place we thought we would be kidnapped or something. It was incredibly sketchy and felt very unsafe. The listing implied that the sound isolation was good.. It was non-existent and the neighbours were unhinged noise-wise. It was hard to breathe and to move in the room, to sleep was barely possible for me, can't say the same for my partner because i could hear snoring from the other room better than her breathing..

NOTHING

Everything It was horrible smell inside, the rooms are awful. The floor is uncoated, the walls are not plastered, just brick. We didn’t stay there more than 15min Because it’s impossible….

The owner accepted customers and their payment even though the apartment is under total renovation. When I got there past 22:00 I was able to check in since it was self checked in.. but when I opened the 2nd door and door to my private room everything was taken down. I tried calling the owner thru the phone and WhatsApp but she didn't answer. I don't have a choice but to look for another hotel at almost 12 midnight. When she finally replied she acted like there was no problem at all. I asked for a refund but she totally ignored my request. So beware. She said I was able to check in, of course it was self checked in.. but I needed to check out again and look for another hotel thankfully I was able to find one at almost midnight. She kept insisting that there was no problem she just stopped when I told her I have videos of her apartment under total renovation. It was so disappointing.. Beware 😡 Refund totally ignored. And also even if the posting says it includes taxes and charges she will ask you to pay a " tourism tax" or else your booking will be cancelled and the code for the doors will not be sent to you. See photos below for the proof. That's what my assigned room looked like.
