Wonderful property with an equally wonderful host! Everything was great; the spacious room, the location, and the value for money! As soon as you walk out, you are right in the centre. Giovanna made sure to check if we were happy, and she provided us with some great, local recommendations - invaluable!!

It is a wonderful place, right in the centre, and you have everything you need in the room to be comfortable. Every detail in the room is beautifully designed. Plus, Giovanna supports you in anything you need.

I loved how cozy was the place! Really enjoyable to come back to such a place after a long day of sightseeing and enjoy a cup of tea. The location is great right in the middle of the city so I didn’t have to go longer than 10 min to get to my favorite spots. And the owner is just the best really helpful and open!

The location was perfect, right in the center of town, but was completely quiet inside the room! Bed and shower exceptional and we had everything that we needed for an overnight stay. Giovanna was extremely helpful when we needed it, we couldn't have had a better stay, thank you.

Very easy check-in and check-out policy. Nicely furnished, comfortable room. No noise even though staying at the heart of Cagliari, you are at the center of Piazza Yenne! The bed was comfortable. The owner is very responsive and also informative replying all our questions about nearby beaches, cities, public transport, etc. She was also flexible to leave the luggages after checkout with was a huge help for spontaneous people like us who arranged next steps on the go :) Thanks again for all the positive experience and definitely would choose next time.
