Very clean, convenient and very easy to get into. Located centrally and near cafes and restaurants. Has a cozy little yard with a table and chairs.

We didn’t realize the parking would be 5min away (also would have to be paid at certain times) and would involve carrying suitcases up and down lots of steps along the way. Also, it’s an interior room so the windows didn’t open to any view, but they were more like skylights.

Perfect location and easy to check in. Good parking close with some stairs take on. Would recommend it!!

The owner of the property was very helpful. She was answering all the question in a sec. The property is in the central. The room is quite big. You can reach all the public transportations via walk in 10 minutes more or less.

It was not easy to remove splashed waters in shower in the room ‘s. There was no drain hole. There was lots of noice especially during nights.

We loved how close the room was to fantastic restaurants and shops! Giovanna was an excellent host and helped us navigate the local transportation to the beach.

Room was a lovely size and accommodation in Cagliari. Bed was comfy and the room was beautifully designed. The host responded very quickly to our messages and was very accommodating. Location was fantastic too!

Location was amazing - very central. Bars on the same street, but we found it exceptionally quiet; also dark with the shutters. We had great sleeps! Lovely room, all we needed, plus snacks, tea and coffee. Giovanna was a great host, with messaging before trip and during to see if all was okay, and she came to introduce herself. We had a mix up with check in if room, but she promptly sorted that out and other queries.
