The location is good and also the price

The host said there is a parking lot but it's actually a public parking lot where I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car also it's free only overnight from 8 am. I had to go there (10 minutes walk) and buy the ticket to avoid any penalty. I had to wait in front of the apartment because she didn't give me the access code, I called her and she only returned after 20 minutes Also, the morning of the next day, I couldn't shower or brush my teeth because there was no water.

the host is very nice, welcoming and responsive. the room was comfortable. it is in a very central location.

When arrived, I was surprised to learn the room has no windows - only an exit to a "balcony", which gave some fresh air but little daylight because the high walls of other buildings surrounded it. It is not a big thing, it is also an advantage in such a hot climate because thick walls and the absence of windows make it easier to cool the room. However, I would have loved to know this in advance, in the room description so that is not a surprise.

The room was quite spacious and bathroom too

Missing some desk space to the bedroom, the coffee corner was a bit small and the wardrobe basic. The room didn’t have a proper view, there was a window on a small outdoor lightwell. Air conditioning not very performing. Cleaning was a bit poor, found some dust on the shelves and towel warmer, couple of hair on the bathroom floor. Bedroom mattress and pillows had a very warm stuffing.

It’s lovely, light, bright, nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable, safe, secure and centrally located.

The kitchen amenities were not that clean. Inside microwave was pretty dirty as were most of the dishes in the cupboard. To use the Bialetti on the induction stovetop you’ll need to be creative and put it in a pan or else it won’t work. No plumbing to the kitchen sink either, again creativity will work. Will be noisy at night with the doors open.

Location was great, close enough for lots of restaurants , bars. Easy access & very helpful staff. Also close to catch tourist bus.

Had a problem with air conditioner leaking . Would have liked to be able to leave side door open for fresh air, but not possible because of adjoining flat access.
