Close to the centre and the owner is awesome! My friend had a birthday and we could not expect more really - it was so cute! We are grateful. Really recommend.

Beautifully decorated. Cold water in fridge. Excellent location! Strong air condition

The faucet handle was broken upon arrival. The bath was only bath- no option for shower- so not at all convenient. Very dark , no sun light, as the unit is under street level. Air condition was very loud- we used ear plugs.

Prettier than the photos. Very modern and well-equipped. The place is in the historical centre, Castello, so very quiet. Room very clean and had everything we needed for a nice 4 days in Cagliari. Anyone staying here or in the area, please note there is a lift near Bastion Saint Remy… it will be very helpful especially when you are tired!

Too many useless objects like candles or decorative stuff for such a small space, both in the common area and in the room.

The only good thing I can think of is that the place looked new and clean.

The fridge was non-functional. There was a persistent musty smell in the room. The only window opened to a corridor with air-conditioning units from other apartments, resulting in unpleasant air when opened. All annoying issues that should not be there, but were relatively acceptable. The worst part: the water supply stopped twice in one evening, while taking a shower. The water system couldn't handle all showers (from 3 rooms) running at once, which in my opinion could have been prevented by designing the system better. The owner’s dismissive attitude, including calling my girlfriend "annoying" and refusing to acknowledge the severity of the issue, made the situation unbearable. She seemed to only care about herself. Booking deemed this a valid reason to request a refund, but the owner refused. As a result, we checked out early and had to find alternative accommodation at our own expense. At least there we were treated with respect. I would recommend checking Google reviews, as other people also had an issue with her attitude.

Wonderful Room in a Historic Building I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room is magnificent, with beautiful decor that creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. I particularly liked the presence of a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the shared kitchen, which adds convenience and comfort. The location of the hotel is also very convenient – it’s just a 5-7 minute walk to all the famous attractions. Getting from Cagliari train station to the hotel is also very easy: you can take bus number 8 to the bus stop Porcell (ang. Via dei Genovesi) and then walk for just 5 minutes.
