The contact with the owner was very good. We could leave our bags in the building before check-in and after check-out. The apartment is located in the historic centre of Cagliari, and the room is very nice - especially the bath!

Good location, coffee machine, old style vibes with wooden furniture.

Not recommend for elderly or disabled. About 10 minute walk up steep hill and flights of stairs from city center. Cooker does not work.

The room was in a great location

I had no view out if the window it was a service shaft !!!

Our room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean; the en suite was a good size. The extra large bed was very comfortable although there wasn't much room to walk round it. Having the fridge and coffee machine in the common area was a bonus. Our host was very helpful in allowing us to check in early. It is well-located in the heart of the old town, close to restaurants, bars and historic sites but that means that it is up a very steep hill from the bus and rail station but we managed to use the buses and walk.

There were only a few small bottles of toiletries for a three-night stay but this is minor shortcoming.
