"Good value and location with a good breakfast."

Good location, spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Very pleasant gentleman served breakfast. Relatively good value. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room.

You can hear noise from the street as well as from the bar on the ground floor. The TV didn’t work either day. Constant “no signal “ message. Some of the staff don’t seem to enjoy dealing with the public, the lady in the bar wasn’t at all friendly. The exception was the man serving breakfast, he was jolly and welcoming. No carparking unlike other nearby accommodation. However plenty of free parking in the town, a few minutes walk away.

Very good food in the bar, proper fresh fish, lovely pint of Guinness. Friendly service.

A little bit noisy in the early morning (from neighbouring businesses).
