Abacourt House

Great hosts John and Heather property was very clean and comfy bed just had everything we needed , and the breakfast was fabulous best we have had in any guest house thanks John and Heather oh and location perfect .

The landlord and landlady were lovely people who told us a little about the area. The landlord was an excellent chef and our breakfast was absolutely delicious. The property was very clean and the bed comfortable. The facilities in the room were better than most B&B's as there was the usual tea and coffee sachets, but also Galaxy hot chocolate sachets and biscuits

The only slight down side about the property was that it was on a hill, but of course it is the Lake District so there are hills everywhere!

Lovely hosts and a substantial breakfast. Plenty of choice to suit all appites. John and Heather were friendly and very approachable.

Bedroom a little tired looking and the wicker chair very rickety.

Very convenient for the town centre. Friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast.
