"Will stay there again when we go back to Isle of Bute"

This were my husband came from so we knew all about the area, this was an ideal spot close to town, recommended walks. Wonderful views of the Bays from all windows. Very relaxing. After arriving after a ten hour journey, there was a welcome pack include tea and coffer and sufficient supplies for a breakfast next morning.

The location. Great staff

The mattress was super uncomfortable. Sofa bed worse. If someone in the building was using hot water, you could hear the pressure noise (I don't know what was it, I assume the pump?)

The sea view was excellent. the larger apartment had a lovely large sitting and dining area. The bathroom had the shower over the bath and easy to operate.

I didn't like the fact that the cooking facilities was poor, no cooker or hob in the flat so wouldn't be idea as a self-catering flat. Double bed was pull out from couch in living area. Bathroom sink too small didnt have a plug.. Some more information regarding house keeping issues i:e towels, changed, work appliances!!

Lovely owners, great view, felt very welcome

The bed was not comfortable in any way 😒 and alot of stairs. it's also says breakfast included but if staying a couple of days it really is breakfast for 1 or 2 for the 1st day but none after that.

Position. Very handy for Rothesay centre and fantastic views. Bed comfortable. Although small the kitchen was modern and included microwave and air fryer.

On the website it says that breakfast is included but it's not. Only on the first morning. The settee was very uncomfortable. Except for the kitchen the accommodation was a bit tired.

It was very near everything and ferry port especially if you didn't have transport

Not much hot water takes some time to come. it was cool in the evening. I could not get heating to come on, but I never bothered the hosts as it was a short stay
