Very clean and tidy , lovely staff , had a kitchen with everything you would need !

Bed was slightly uncomfortable, maybe a mattress topper to increase comfort .

Well placed on the seafront, close to the centre of Rothesay

The interior was very dated and worn. The door to our room was glass with a blind pulled down over it for privacy. The booking advertised as breakfast included. This turned out to be a small loaf for toast!!! Cooked breakfast was available but extra.
