Location was excellent and it had a lovely cafe which served excellent food.

This is an old building which has been converted from a hotel into flats. There are light switches everywhere which don’t do anything and a lack of power points . The owners have got around that by using extension cables but I still had to stand in the middle of the room to dry my hair. The bed creaked with every turn and although it had a crisp white fitted sheet the bed covers were very tired and worn. Stairs needed a hoover when we arrived and were still needing hoovered when we left 3 days later although the flat was very clean. Small things could be changed to make it more appealing. Mugs in cupboard weren’t matching and the bedside light didn’t work but to be fair I didn’t report this as we were only using the flat as a base to sleep in. Owners were very nice and the food in the cafe was excellent. Could be a lovely place just needs a few upgrades.

The Commodore is in a lovely location overlooking the water. The owners are friendly and helpful. We had plenty of space and enjoyed returning here for another family break.

Location was excellent. Liked that there was a living room as well as a bedroom. There was on street parking outside accommodation.

Welcome breakfast pack was basic only enough for one day although we'd booked for two. Also stated there were toiletries in the bathroom but there was only a bottle of hand-wash.

The property location was lovely, overlooking the ferry terminal with a front garden which we could use when the cafe below was closed.

The booking confirmation implied that the apartment was on the ground floor, but it was up a flight of stairs which was difficult for my wife as she has mobility issues. This was a disappointment. 'Breakfast' was provided on the first morning, but it was pretty basic. Only a microwave for self-catering.
