Liked everything about it . Bonus was the sea view. It was a well presented room with character and warm feeling. The proprietor was very welcoming. A healthy breakfast was made available with a nice choice of cold food left in the fridge.

"Perfect place for a restful few days."

Brilliant position 3 minutes from ferry. Exceptional host - very helpful and accommodating - happy to take the dog (small extra fee but well worth it for the welcome he got!!). Useful welcome pack (milk, coffee, tea, yoghurt, bread, butter, jam and granola for first breakfast). Easy 5 minute walk into town for shopping, restaurants and pubs. Bed was amazingly comfortable and property was warm. Quiet location with easy parking. Good kitchen with microwave and all utensils.

Difficult to find any fault. Pity cafe was closed for the days we were there - would have liked to have tried the famous apple cake!!
