When booking,, I hasn't been told that breakfast would merely be bread and/or toast (which we would have to make ourselves, with a toaster provided) and/or crumpets with spread (which was not new) and a pot of jam which was mouldy and inedible. The location was excellent for our purposes and easily found.

The lavatory seat was dangerously loose.and the bathroom basin taps were loose.
